The Six Capacities Retreat

Spend six weeks exploring yourself through the six capacities.
This extended at-home retreat will allow you to connect with a cohort of mindful women, build your yoga, meditation and journaling practices and develop your own Golden Hour ritual.
Each week kicks off on Sunday with a newsletter that includes content, exercises and pre-recorded yoga and meditation classes to explore the week’s capacity. The week culminates with a live Saturday morning mini-retreat where we will deeply explore the capacity through a curated practice.
We are offering both a virtual and hybrid experience for this year’s retreat. Hybrid participants are invited to join us in person on Saturday, January 15 and Saturday, February 19 at Coconut Yoga, located in Lakeview at 1408 W Belmont. Space will be limited to 10 participants to allow for social distancing. (Hybrid participants will also receive a special gift at the first session!) The session will be streamed as usual for all other participants.
The Saturday schedule will be as follows:
Saturday, January 15: 11am to 12pm CST - Hybrid
Saturday, January 22: 10am to 11am CST - Virtual Only
Saturday, January 29: 10am to 11am CST - Virtual Only
Saturday, February 5: 10am to 11am CST - Virtual Only
Saturday, February 12: 10am to 11am CST - Virtual Only
Saturday, February 19: 11am to 12pm CST - Hybrid
Note that all sessions will be recorded and will be available to participants throughout the duration of the retreat.
